Privacy & Data Ownership
CapCore never claims ownership of customer information. Workforce records, appraisals, qualifications, training evidence and operational data remain the property of the subscribing organisation. CapCore acts as a processor of customer data, using information only to deliver and support the services requested by the customer. We do not sell customer data, share workforce information with third parties for marketing purposes or use customer records to train public AI systems. Customers retain control over who can access information, what can be exported and how long records are retained.
