Why we built CapCore
“Throughout my career, I kept seeing the same problem. Organisations collected huge amounts of information about their people, but very few could clearly demonstrate capability. Training sat in one system. Qualifications sat in another. Performance was measured elsewhere. The bigger the organisation became, the harder it was to see the whole picture.
